All parts purchased through MTH Parts & Sales LLC may be returned and refunded or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase with a copy of the original sales slip.
All returned items MUST have a pre-arranged Return Authorization Number issued from info@mthpartsandsales.com clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton AND be in new condition with all components supplied in working order, in its original packaging with the part label unbroken.
Electronic components are thoroughly tested PRIOR to being shipped to a customer. If the security tape / warning label on the anti-static bag is broken or torn the part will not be accepted for return. Electronic components ordered by mistake MAY be accepted for return if the electronic board passes a operational / functional test.
No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for items damaged by mishandling or improper installation by the customer including all electronics.
Orders purchased by credit card will have a refund check mailed out within 30 days of the authorized returned item being received. Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Orders purchased by Paypal will be refunded to the Paypal account within 30 days. Please contact MTH via email; info@mthpartsandsales.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
